1. 適用範圍

本政策說明 ISIS 伊希思內部備份工具「ISIS DR Google Drive Cloud Verification」（以下稱「本工具」）如何存取與處理 Google 使用者資料。本工具僅供 ISIS 伊希思營運者本人使用，不對外提供服務。

2. 存取的 Google 資料

本工具只要求 https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file 權限，因此只能存取由本工具建立（或由使用者以本工具開啟）的 Google 雲端硬碟檔案。實際存取的資料為：

• 本工具上傳的備份檔與清單檔的內容；
• 這些檔案的中繼資料：檔案 ID、名稱、大小、MD5 檢查碼、所在資料夾、擁有者、建立時間及是否位於垃圾桶；
• 帳戶的雲端硬碟儲存空間用量（用於確認刪除後空間已釋出）。

本工具不會存取雲端硬碟中的其他檔案，也不存取 Gmail、聯絡人、行事曆、相片或任何其他 Google 服務資料。

3. 資料用途

• 上傳 ISIS 自家系統的每日備份檔；
• 讀回已上傳檔案以核對大小與雜湊值，確認備份可用於復原；
• 依預先設定的保留政策，永久刪除本工具自己建立且已過期的備份檔，並在刪除後確認檔案已不存在、空間已釋出。

Google 使用者資料不會用於廣告、分析、使用者畫像、訓練任何人工智慧或機器學習模型，或備份與復原以外的任何用途。

4. 保存與安全

• 授權後取得的 OAuth 憑證只以作業系統加密（Windows DPAPI，限該使用者帳戶）保存在營運者自己的電腦上，不上傳到任何伺服器、程式碼庫或第三方服務。
• 本工具所有連線皆經 HTTPS 直接連到 Google API，沒有中介伺服器。
• 本機只保留執行紀錄（例如檔名、檔案 ID、大小、雜湊值與結果），不保存備份內容以外的 Google 資料。

5. 分享與揭露

本工具不出售、出租、轉讓或分享任何 Google 使用者資料給第三方。除法律要求外，不揭露任何資料。

6. 刪除與撤銷授權

• 您可隨時在 Google 帳戶的「第三方應用程式與服務」頁面（myaccount.google.com/connections）撤銷本工具的存取權；撤銷後本工具即無法再存取任何檔案。
• 撤銷授權不會刪除已上傳的備份檔，這些檔案仍在您的雲端硬碟中，可自行管理或刪除。
• 如需刪除本機保存的憑證與執行紀錄，可透過下方聯絡方式提出。

7. Google API 服務使用者資料政策

本工具對 Google API 所取得資訊的使用與傳輸，遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括其中的「有限使用」（Limited Use）規定。

ISIS DR Google Drive Cloud Verification is an internal backup tool used only by the ISIS operator. It requests only the drive.file scope and therefore can access only files it created or that the user opened with it. It uses that access solely to upload ISIS's own backup files, read them back to verify integrity, and permanently delete its own expired backups according to a retention policy.
